Manage a local network from any location by directly accessing its contents using maps for the servers supported by InterMapper. Server settings for search and management include name, address, and port. New points on the map are added in the "Autodiscovery", "Manual Entry" or "Import a File" modes.

InterMapper RemoteAccess is a tool designed to work with Dartware's own InterMapper Monitoring tool. RemoteAccess provides, as the name states, remote access to any InterMapper version that works on a specific location. This is particularly useful for network managers who travel around but still need to keep their network in shape.
RemoteAccess allows managers to connect to different versions of InterMapper, that is good for companies that have more than one data centers running different versions. As with all sensitive data, you can safely tunnel RemoteAccess information through VPN or corporate firewalls without issue. Perhaps, the bad point in the application is the price, it is $265 per license; compared with $365 for InterMapper, it is quite expensive.
This program just allows you to connect to a running InterMapper service, making the first license as a requirement.
It might be cheaper to connect a remote computer to VPN running InterMapper, than to buy this application. However, the company allows a trial period where you can see if the application is worth the price.
